In this position, you will lead visual and experience design initiatives from concept through implementation, creating responsive layouts, conversion paths, and navigation systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, content, and product teams to build engaging, accessible, and high-performing web journeys.

Responsibilities
- Manage visual and experience design for major web projects from initial concept to launch
- Translate intricate product and business needs into accessible, user-friendly digital experiences
- Partner cross-functionally with product managers, developers, copywriters, and marketers
- Promote the application of component libraries and design systems for cross-platform scalability
- Incorporate WCAG/AA accessibility standards and user experience best practices into web projects
- Evaluate performance metrics, usability findings, and A/B tests to drive design decisions
- Coach junior designers and content professionals to enhance craft and strategic execution
- Contribute to the evolution of UI/UX guidelines, design principles, and collaborative workflows

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product or visual design focused on web and responsive platforms
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end-to-end user flows, visual design, and interaction design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma along with experience using design systems and modern collaboration tools
- Comprehensive understanding of human-centered design, content strategy, and WCAG/AA accessibility
- Background in building dynamic and multi-media web experiences
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities across various disciplines
- Experience operating in agile, cross-functional environments with iterative development cycles
