Terms of Service

1. What Jobsiz is

Jobsiz is a job search and recruitment platform. We publish vacancies posted directly by employers and vacancies collected from employers’ career pages and partner job feeds, and we provide tools for job seekers and employers. Jobsiz is not an employer or a recruitment agency and is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the site.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• One person or company per account; do not share or sell accounts.

3. Job seekers

• Only apply for jobs with truthful information and documents that belong to you.
• When you apply, the information you submit is sent to that employer. For jobs from partner feeds you may be sent to the employer’s own site, where their terms apply.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive a reply, an interview or a job offer. Always do your own checks on an employer before sharing sensitive personal or financial information.

4. Employers

• Post only real, currently open vacancies that you are authorised to advertise.
• Job postings must be lawful and non-discriminatory, must describe the actual role, and must not ask candidates for any payment, fee or deposit.
• Use candidate information only to assess them for the role they applied to, and handle it in line with data-protection law.
• We may review, edit for formatting, reject or remove any posting, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable.

6. AI tools and content

Our AI tools (job-fit checks, resume tailoring, cover letters, interview preparation) and AI-assisted job and article summaries are provided to help you, but they can be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you rely on it or send it to an employer. You remain responsible for the documents you submit.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• post false, misleading, fraudulent or scam job listings or applications;
• scrape, copy or republish listings or other content in bulk without our written permission;
• use the site to send spam, malware or unsolicited advertising;
• try to access other users’ accounts or data, or interfere with the security or operation of the site;
• harass, threaten or discriminate against other users.

8. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as resumes and job postings) and give Jobsiz a licence to host, display and process it to operate the service. The Jobsiz name, logo, site design and our own written content belong to Jobsiz. Employer names and logos belong to their owners.

9. Third-party sites and listings

Jobsiz links to employer websites and other third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. See our Disclaimer.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Jobsiz is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy of listings, the availability of the site, or any outcome of using it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from dealings between job seekers and employers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continuing to use Jobsiz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
