Chime is hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Lending to guide the rollout and positioning of its expanding personal loan product ecosystem. Operating as an individual contributor, this professional will report directly to the Head of Product Marketing, Lending, and will work alongside Product, Growth, Brand, Analytics, Risk, Legal, and Compliance departments. Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the go-to-market plan for the personal loan product from initial launch through scaling
- Design frameworks and standards for repeatable, high-standard product rollouts
- Create messaging and positioning that fosters customer comprehension and usage
- Align cross-functional teams across Growth, Product, Brand, and Analytics for cohesive execution
- Use market analysis, audience insights, and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
- Track business results such as retention, engagement, and adoption using data-driven tactics
- Collaborate with lifecycle and growth teams to optimize multichannel performance
Requirements
- Possess six to ten or more years of product marketing experience
- Demonstrate at least three years of background in consumer lending or regulated financial services, including exposure to loan servicing, underwriting, and credit risk
- Show a proven history of managing end-to-end go-to-market strategies involving segmentation and funnel optimization
- Apply core product marketing skills including audience insights, competitive intelligence, and value proposition development
- Collaborate across departments including Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, Product, and Growth
- Translate complex product features into customer-friendly narratives
- Analyze data to measure impact and shape strategy
