The organization is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Compliance Assurance & Testing to join their team and report directly to the Head of Compliance Assurance and Testing. This position operates remotely and is suited for professionals experienced in evaluating regulatory compliance within financial services or fintech environments.
In this role, the incumbent will execute comprehensive compliance testing across various services and products to uncover potential control gaps and risks. Daily tasks involve coordinating scoping processes, gathering necessary records by collaborating with cross-functional departments, and compiling results for upper management. Additionally, the selected individual will help design automated internal monitoring systems, resolve complex issues, and work alongside partner bank legal teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete compliance testing lifecycle from initial review scoping to reporting findings to senior leadership
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to collect required documentation and execute thorough testing procedures
- Assist internal stakeholders by determining solutions for complex findings and ensuring successful issue remediation
- Design and create automated internal compliance testing and monitoring tools to track key risk and performance indicators
- Stay informed regarding applicable laws and regulations to understand the impact of product modifications
Requirements
- Accumulate between five and eight years of professional background involving regulatory compliance testing in fintech, risk consulting, or financial services
- Possess knowledge of laws and regulations related to banking, consumer financial protection, payment networks, consumer lending, and money transmission
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate independently
