Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design initiatives for lending products from problem definition to launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, research, data, and content design to shape overall product direction
  • Transform ambiguous member and business challenges into clear concepts, prototypes, and production experiences
  • Address complex workflows, states, edge cases, and regulatory constraints while preserving a trustworthy user experience
  • Utilize user research, product data, and testing results to guide design decisions
  • Enhance reusable design systems and patterns while creating custom solutions when necessary
  • Integrate artificial intelligence tools to improve problem-solving workflows for members and internal teams

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking and high-level visual craft
  • Track record of taking digital product experiences from problem definition through execution and iteration
  • Proficiency in interaction design and simplifying dense information into intuitive workflows
  • Experience designing high-compliance consumer products where trust, edge cases, and operational limits matter
  • Fluency in Figma and various prototyping tools
  • Ability to ground design decisions in customer insights or quantitative signals
