Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and colleagues to deliver talent strategies that foster professional growth and development
- Coach managers and leaders through all stages of the employee lifecycle by navigating complex conversations and understanding group needs
- Collaborate with the People team to plan and communicate organizational changes while advocating for client group requirements
- Work alongside People Operations and Senior People Partners to align company culture with reward strategies and internal equity
- Nurture team culture and ensure diverse perspectives are recognized in partnership with people centers of excellence
- Participate actively in the design, rollout, and execution of company-wide human resources initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years of human resources business partner experience
- Demonstrated expertise in forming trusting relationships with leaders at all organizational levels
- Ability to utilize data-driven insights and people metrics to guide decision-making
- Strong empathy and understanding regarding the unique needs of diverse employee groups
