This position focuses on minimizing technical risks, speeding up product adoption, and securing long-term account growth.
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with internal product, customer experience, and sales divisions. Your core objective is to help large organizations successfully deploy advanced features, such as APIs, identity management systems, integrations, and extensibility options. You will also guide clients through AI-powered implementations, developer workflows like Dev Mode, and platform extensibility initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic technical advisor helping enterprise clients adopt and scale the platform according to their business objectives.
- Run structured technical evaluations of client environments to pinpoint gaps, mitigate risks, and supply clear deployment recommendations.
- Direct clients through enterprise application programming interface utilization and system integrations to broaden platform capabilities.
- Work alongside developer units to enhance design-to-code processes, Dev Mode adoption, and emerging platform capabilities.
- Host technical training sessions and workshops to build customer proficiency with advanced platform tools.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer experience units to deliver unified technical support.
- Identify technical opportunities that foster renewals, account expansion, and sustained growth.
- Cultivate strong connections with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors by communicating technical concepts as business value.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional background in technical account management, solutions engineering, enterprise customer success, or a related advisory function at a SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture, application programming interfaces, system integrations, development frameworks, and identity management frameworks.
- Practical experience consulting on or deploying artificial intelligence solutions within enterprise settings, including architectural evaluation and governance needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders within complex client structures.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Figma or alternative design and developer collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of tailoring artificial intelligence output utilizing guidelines and skills to enhance context for model context protocol servers and large language models.
- Background in frontend engineering or familiarity with design-to-code workflows.
- Prior history delivering technical workshops, enablement sessions, or advisory services.
