This position requires pitching complex technical offerings to both business and technical audiences, developing pricing proposals, managing contract negotiations, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the fastest-growing customer accounts within the assigned region
  • Drive revenue expansion, up-selling, and cross-selling across an established list of accounts
  • Source net new business opportunities and open doors for products such as voice, messaging, email, contact center, and account security software
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
  • Develop pricing proposals, negotiate contract terms, and oversee the contracting process
  • Sell solutions to technical and business decision-makers while building mutual respect
  • Translate complex financial, technical, and contractual details into simple terms
  • Handle multiple deals simultaneously while balancing conflicting priorities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of account management or sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing accounts ranging from large multinational enterprises to digital native businesses
  • Understanding of account management practices focused on cross-selling and up-selling within a mature customer base
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and revenue tracking within a direct customer base
  • Proficiency in the German language

Qualifications

  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences
  • Background or understanding of the communications market
  • Prior experience selling or working with messaging, voice calling, email, or account security verification
