The organization is currently hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Instacart+ to oversee the full go-to-market strategy for its membership program. This position acts as a central link between product, brand, and growth teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for the subscription service.

This role suits an experienced product marketer who possesses a strong background in loyalty or subscription marketing, combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling, and can successfully influence product roadmaps using consumer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated positioning for Instacart+ to separate it from competing subscription services
  • Partner with growth and performance marketing teams to build and test messaging frameworks that convert trial users and lapsed subscribers
  • Incorporate qualitative and quantitative research into product roadmap discussions to represent the member perspective
  • Lead complete go-to-market plans for new Instacart+ features from initial brief through post-launch analysis
  • Establish an expert point of view on the loyalty landscape to guide overall program strategy for senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of total marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on product marketing
  • Demonstrated history of owning go-to-market strategy for a loyalty, subscription, or membership program
  • Working knowledge of subscription marketing mechanics including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and churn
  • Ability to synthesize consumer research, behavioral data, and competitive signals into effective messaging
  • Experience partnering with growth, CRM, creative, and data science teams on multi-channel campaigns
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and A/B testing to evaluate and iterate on messaging frameworks

Qualifications

  • Experience marketing a loyalty or subscription program within a marketplace or two-sided platform
  • Background working on programs featuring tiered benefits, earn and burn mechanics, or partner integrations
  • Prior experience running or collaborating on member research projects such as surveys, focus groups, and user research
  • Past experience managing or mentoring junior marketers or product marketing managers
  • Familiarity with the grocery or consumer packaged goods retail marketing sectors
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
