The organization seeks a Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality to direct the systems responsible for auction mechanics, marketplace balance, and relevance signals. This position sits within the Ad Product division, intersecting machine learning, marketplace dynamics, and measurable business outcomes. The professional joining this group will collaborate directly with machine learning and ads engineers to formulate product strategies, define success metrics, and accelerate experimentation velocity within an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own product vision and roadmap for ads quality systems encompassing auction mechanics and marketplace balance
  • Drive strategy and execution to increase experimentation velocity for the ads quality team without sacrificing rigor
  • Partner hands-on with machine learning and ads engineers to translate model outputs into requirements and hypotheses
  • Define success metrics while balancing advertiser performance, shopper experience, and marketplace health
  • Communicate tradeoffs clearly to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of product management experience in online advertising, ad tech, or a closely related domain
  • Minimum two years of experience working directly with machine learning teams or machine learning-driven products
  • Demonstrated background in defining and executing product roadmaps in complex, data-rich environments
  • Strong analytical skills utilizing data to inform product decisions, measure impact, and design experiments

Qualifications

  • Hands-on familiarity with large language models and their application within ads or ranking systems
  • Experience working with ads machine learning models in a production environment including relevance scoring or auction optimization
  • Prior experience at a retail media network, demand-side platform, or supply-side platform
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments where structure and process are still being built
