The organization is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to focus on order quality initiatives. This remote position involves collaborating with multiple product managers and engineering teams to shape user experiences for both consumers and personal shoppers. The role calls for someone capable of managing end-to-end design tasks, moving between high-level strategy and detailed execution within Figma and design systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage order quality design initiatives from concept exploration to final delivery across concurrent projects
- Serve as the primary domain expert for order quality to maintain design continuity across active workstreams
- Partner with three or more product managers on product strategy and scale solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure thorough and actionable design handoffs
- Balance high-level strategic discussions with leadership alongside detailed execution work in Figma
- Represent order quality design in critiques, reviews, and stakeholder presentations for senior leadership
- Utilize modern artificial intelligence tools to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and workflow exploration
Requirements
- Minimum of six years designing consumer-facing digital products for web and mobile
- Portfolio demonstrating complex multi-step product journeys and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to own work end-to-end without delegating either early framing or execution
- Experience managing multiple complex problem spaces simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to cross-functional partners and executives
- Fluency in Figma for producing high-fidelity flows, interaction design, and design system-aligned user interfaces
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, grocery, marketplace, or logistics products focused on fulfillment and transactional trust
- Background designing for multi-sided marketplace platforms balancing consumer and shopper needs
- Experience in corporate or agency environments with structured design processes at scale
- Familiarity with working within and improving established design language systems
