Twilio seeks a Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager to handle enterprise and account-led pricing. Operating in a remote setting, this individual will shape monetization frameworks, build executive reporting dashboards, and manage financial performance across product lines. Reporting directly to the Director of Price Realization Strategy, the selected professional will collaborate closely with enterprise sales, finance, and deal desk teams to protect gross margins and streamline customer purchasing.
This position suits an experienced pricing or revenue operations professional with a strong analytical background in B2B cloud communications or software environments. Responsibilities
- Design and deploy price optimization models incorporating financial analysis, competitive differentiation, and price elasticity
- Collaborate with finance, deal desk, and enterprise sales groups to establish monetization levers that safeguard gross margins
- Oversee renewal strategies, concession frameworks, and enterprise profitability optimization
- Scale and optimize advanced analytics dashboards utilizing Tableau or Looker
- Analyze large and complex datasets across financials, product usage, customer behavior, and sales to identify revenue opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of pricing initiatives across internal teams
Requirements
- Eight or more years of professional experience in monetization, pricing, RevOps, or Deal Desk within B2B SaaS, IaaS, or enterprise sales
- Four or more years of practical experience constructing production-level analytics dashboards using Tableau or Looker
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Demonstrated background in supporting large-deal sales motions, margin performance, and discount frameworks
- Solid financial modeling capabilities with experience evaluating account-level unit economics
- Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience
Qualifications
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-driven business models in a developer-focused B2B or CPaaS setting
- Background in executing enterprise margin-recovery programs or platform-level account pricing strategies
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other advanced statistical tools
- Master of Business Administration or an advanced degree in finance, business, or a quantitative field
