Twilio is seeking a Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager focused on Digital and PLG Pricing to lead global pricing monetization strategies for its communications platform. Operating remotely, this pivotal position involves shaping discount frameworks, creating executive dashboards, and driving revenue performance across the product portfolio.

This opportunity is well-suited for a quantitative strategist with extensive background in monetization and consumption-based pricing models within developer-focused ecosystems. The incumbent will report to the Director of Price Realization Strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional groups including Growth Marketing, Self-service Sales, Console Engineering, and Finance.

Twilio builds cloud communications solutions and empowers developers worldwide to design customized customer interactions. The company maintains a remote-first work model, though occasional in-person travel for gatherings, off-sites, or client meetings may be required. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement price optimization models incorporating financial analysis, competitive differentiation, and price elasticity
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Self-service Sales, Console Engineering, and Finance to coordinate product-led growth pricing execution
  • Build, optimize, and scale advanced pricing analytics dashboards utilizing Tableau or Looker
  • Examine complex datasets spanning customer behavior, sales, financials, and product usage to find revenue opportunities
  • Act as an internal bridge across go-to-market strategy, product, sales, marketing, and finance divisions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of direct ownership over consumption-based pricing and monetization strategies in IaaS, PaaS, or developer-focused B2C and product-led growth ecosystems
  • Hands-on expertise building complex pricing models and monetization frameworks
  • At least 3 years of experience creating analytics dashboards in Tableau or Looker
  • Demonstrated history of delivering multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to influence peers and leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative discipline
  • Experience designing and scaling platform-level, multi-product pricing strategies tailored to developer-focused or product-led growth ecosystems
  • Familiarity with regional pricing considerations including multi-currency approaches, local nuances, and regulations
  • Prior consulting experience, an MBA, or an advanced degree in a quantitative field
