  • Implement artificial intelligence solutions, custom agents, and automated workflows to speed up campaign delivery and expand creative production capacity.
  • Run systematic testing procedures for target audiences and creative variations, utilizing artificial intelligence to quickly generate and assess multiple iterations.
  • Establish funnel reports, cohort analyses, event-based tracking, conversion APIs, and pixel implementations in partnership with analytics teams.
  • Provide regular performance updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership staff.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Creative, and Marketing Operations to ensure consistent messaging and strong conversion funnels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of direct experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns within high-growth B2B software-as-a-service, developer tool, or consumer technology companies.
  • Proven AI-native working habits, featuring experience building automated workflows or custom agents that fundamentally alter operational efficiency.
  • Hands-on operational expertise utilizing Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and YouTube advertising tools.
  • Track record of successfully managing annual advertising spend ranging from one million to over five million dollars while maintaining efficiency goals.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, campaign measurement, and audience performance evaluation.
  • Effective copywriting instincts with a strong sense of performance creative aesthetics.
  • Clear verbal and written communication abilities tailored for technical developers and business buyers alike.
