Cloudflare is seeking a People Analytics Data Engineering Intern for a winter/spring program spanning January through May. Based in Austin, Texas, this 12-week internship requires working in the office three days per week. In this position, the intern will help expand a modern data warehouse that integrates human resources, talent acquisition, and performance systems. Responsibilities include building ELT pipelines, supporting data governance frameworks, maintaining data quality, and contributing to an internal artificial intelligence analytics platform that handles natural language queries. Responsibilities
- Design and implement ELT pipelines to integrate new data sources into the cloud data warehouse

- Investigate and resolve data integrity issues such as calculation discrepancies and record mismatches
- Expand the semantic data layer for the internal artificial intelligence analytics platform while protecting sensitive personal information
- Partner with teams across People Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Engineering to deliver scalable data solutions
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL
- Enrollment in a graduate program focused on Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
