The organization seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for Marketing and Communications leaders at the Senior Director and Vice President levels. This position focuses on aligning talent strategy with business objectives, guiding organizational design, delivering leadership coaching, and managing change initiatives as the division scales.
This opportunity suits an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in technology sectors who can independently drive talent cycles, influence senior leadership using data, and navigate rapid organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Senior Director and Vice President leaders in Marketing and Communications as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Drive proactive organizational design and structural scaling to maintain departmental health.
- Coach senior leaders and guide them through transitions using comprehensive change management plans.
- Identify talent trends early and manage retention risks before attrition occurs.
- Collaborate with People Team Centers of Excellence to ensure programs meet business needs.
Requirements
- Between three and five years of HR Business Partner experience within a high-growth technology company.
- A total of seven or more years of overall human resources or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage talent processes including performance reviews, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Track record of coaching and influencing Director and VP-level executives with confidence.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for crafting narratives and change plans.
- Analytical capability to interpret data and financial metrics for strategic planning.
- Working knowledge of employment law and daily people operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Marketing or Communications business units.
- Enthusiasm for operating in fast-paced environments marked by rapid growth and change.
