  • Enforce internal controls, contractual billing terms, and audit requirements while supervising and mentoring junior staff members

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash within ecommerce, technology, marketplace, or SaaS settings
  • Minimum of two years leading cross-functional quote-to-cash or billing projects independently through requirements gathering, UAT, and launch
  • Practical experience utilizing Salesforce CPQ, an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and a billing platform like Zuora, Chargebee, or Stripe Billing
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups, alongside basic SQL skills for data analysis and reconciliations
  • Working knowledge of revenue considerations like ASC 606, SOX requirements, and billing controls as they apply to adjustments, invoices, and credits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success using data modeling tools such as Alteryx to automate billing workflows
  • Aptitude and proven success applying artificial intelligence solutions to enhance billing processes
