This remote position is suited for an administrative professional who can handle high-volume workloads and maintain financial controls in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will execute monthly billing cycles, process refunds and credit memos, build workbooks for contracts, and manage billing inquiries. Responsibilities
- Execute monthly billing cycles accurately and on time by generating and delivering invoices through email and third-party portals like Ariba
- Process credit memos, debit memos, and refunds based on approved requests
- Create and maintain Oracle workbooks for new and modified contracts
- Examine commercial agreements to determine billing terms and verify language with senior staff members
- Perform peer reviews on invoice calculations to guarantee precision and agreement with contract stipulations
- Answer billing questions quickly and escalate complicated disputes to the appropriate channels
- Assist with audit requests and finish ad-hoc projects correctly and punctually
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures and internal controls for compliant billing workflows
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of background in billing operations, accounts receivable, order-to-cash, or related functions
- Foundational knowledge of accounts receivable fundamentals, ERP workflows, and invoicing procedures
- High level of attention to detail to manage large-volume workloads with accuracy
- Advanced spreadsheet skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of Oracle or comparable ERP platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Professional communication abilities to interact across multiple functions
- Self-driven work ethic focused on taking ownership and meeting commitments

- Previous background in a B2B technology, marketplace, or SaaS setting
