The person in this role will handle vendor data, process supplier payments and invoices, and assist with month-end closing procedures while maintaining strict procedural compliance. Responsibilities
- Keep accounts payable ledgers accurate and perform account reconciliations
- Manage vendor data, validate new accounts, and document approval records
- Enter supplier invoices into accounting systems accurately and maintain organized files
- Prepare supplier payments following established timetables for clear approval formatting
- Monitor and release properly withheld payments upon receiving approval
- Assist with month-end activities including prepayments, accruals, and bank reconciliations
