Responsibilities
- Design motion-forward experiences for apps, websites, emails, lifecycle communications, and product marketing
- Produce animations, motion studies, animated illustrations, iconography, and interaction patterns to explain product behavior
- Manage visual and motion design projects from initial concept and storyboarding through production
- Contribute to product design by mapping user flows, developing interaction concepts, and prototyping high-fidelity solutions
- Build and expand reusable visual assets, motion patterns, components, and guidelines for product and communication systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product design, engineering, brand, content, and growth
- Prepare production-ready assets and engineering specifications to ensure accessible and performant implementation
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion, animation, visual, communication, or product design within a product-driven setting
- Portfolio showcasing motion and visual design work including animation, interaction, illustration, and storytelling
- Solid knowledge of animation principles like timing, pacing, easing, transitions, and choreography
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, LottieFiles, Rive, or equivalent software
- Understanding of technical constraints in production environments, particularly for mobile and email
- Background in UX and product design covering user flows, interaction design, and information hierarchy
- Ability to storyboard, prototype, and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
