Zoox seeks a Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to join its sourcing team. This hybrid position requires working from the Foster City headquarters three days per week.
In this role, the contractor will help scale the talent pipeline and act as a force multiplier for the recruiting team. Responsibilities include talent mapping and driving sourcing strategy for various systems engineering positions. Responsibilities
- Qualify and comprehend job requirements
- Source and screen candidate resumes
- Evaluate candidates to determine proper fit
- Construct an engineering talent pipeline alongside recruiting partners to satisfy company priorities
- Drive sourcing strategy and talent mapping for systems engineering roles
Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of full cycle sourcing experience
- Demonstrate ability to evaluate technical aptitude

- Possess industry and technical knowledge to understand relevant skills and companies
- Utilize consultative and interpersonal skills to communicate across all organizational levels
- Work onsite at the Foster City headquarters three days per week
