Responsibilities
- Act as a technical subject matter expert across distributed computing and data technologies

Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of professional background in software development or a related field
- Demonstrate a history of building and delivering complex data infrastructure projects at scale
- Bring practical knowledge of distributed computing systems like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
- Show hands-on experience designing and operating systems using AWS
- Demonstrate programming proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
- Have experience working with Data Lakehouse architectures and data formats such as Hudi, Iceberg, or Delta
- Reside in the United States, excluding California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Contribute to Open Source Software projects
- Understand data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL workflows
