Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical strategy and development for applied machine learning initiatives focused on ads conversion.
  • Design and construct large-scale deep neural network models to forecast user actions efficiently.
  • Extract and process text, visual, and user signals to identify intentions and deduce interests.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence to speed up analysis while applying personal verification to guarantee accuracy.
  • Automate routine engineering tasks such as QA checks, reporting, and documentation.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to engineers while partnering with product and sales divisions on new offerings.

Requirements

  • Possess at least six years of professional background developing production-level machine learning systems at scale in search, recommendations, or ranking.
  • Accumulate a minimum of two years of experience steering technical projects or managing engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence assistants to optimize daily workflows for development and debugging.
  • Maintain high professional integrity and ownership over sensitive data and final outputs.
  • Bring a strong mathematical background encompassing statistical methods and A/B testing.
