In this role, the incumbent will build probabilistic identity models, refine brand and conversion lift measurement methodologies, and develop predictive signal frameworks to optimize return on ad spend. Candidates will operate within an autonomous, fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop probabilistic models for identity resolution to link on-platform and off-platform actions
- Own statistical methodologies for brand and conversion lift products while improving experimental design infrastructure
- Determine strategies for new signal sources and collaborate with modeling teams to enhance bidding efficiency
- Design evaluation frameworks, objective functions, and truth sets to validate identity and measurement
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and sales to guide execution and mentor team members
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research
- Minimum of ten years of industry experience in applied science or data science for Master's holders, or six years for Ph.D. holders
- Deep familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem
- Demonstrated expertise in measurement and scale experimentation, identity graph methodology, or predictive modeling under signal loss
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with machine learning, optimization, causal inference, and A/B testing methods
