Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers focused on building the Knowledge Graph Platform

- Collaborate with computational linguists and domain experts to shape the ontology operating model
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize use cases and increase platform access
- Contribute hands-on technical design and help navigate complex system tradeoffs when necessary
Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of total software engineering experience
- Have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing, coaching, and developing engineering teams
- Demonstrate experience building or operating AI-driven, machine learning, or data-intensive platforms
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Hold a Master's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
- Bring experience with knowledge graphs, semantic systems, ontology systems, entity resolution, search, or contextual grounding
