The company is currently hiring a Senior Product Manager to join TwoTwenty, which functions as the incubation team responsible for creating features like Shuffles, Collages, Beauty Guides, Restyle, and Smart Blocks. In this position, the individual will oversee either an existing product from its strategy phase through post-launch iteration or lead a new zero-to-one concept from conception to real users.
This role suits an experienced product professional who is comfortable working with artificial intelligence tools during daily tasks such as prototyping, drafting, and analyzing user research. The position requires taking full ownership of product decisions, defining quality standards for design and engineering teams, and aligning closely with internal partner groups like Search, Shop with Pinterest, and ATG without relying on management intervention.
The job is based in San Francisco, though the working model requires physical office attendance for in-person collaboration one to two times per quarter, allowing the person hired to reside anywhere in the country. Relocation assistance is not offered for this opening.
Responsibilities
- Manage a TwoTwenty product completely from initial strategy through post-launch iterations
- Determine feature releases for version one, defend cut lists, and establish quality bars for engineering and design teams
- Secure alignment with internal partner teams including Search, Shop with Pinterest, AIFwd, and ATG without requiring managerial mediation
- Formulate clear product strategies that connect directly to weekly engineering tasks
- Design and execute experiments to yield actionable insights rather than simple metric generation
- Incorporate artificial intelligence into daily workflows for prototyping concepts, analyzing data, and synthesizing user feedback
- Mentor team designers or other product managers on scoping problems effectively before drafting documents
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of product management experience
- Demonstrated experience shipping a consumer product featuring artificial intelligence or machine learning to at least one million users
- Prior ownership of a zero-to-one product taken from concept to actual user traffic
- Experience declining popular executive feature requests while maintaining product quality standards
- Proven ability to build trust with senior engineering leaders regarding architectural decisions
- Capacity to articulate a team strategy concisely in a single sentence
- Working knowledge of using AI to support product research and exploration while verifying accuracy

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, human-computer interaction, business, or equivalent experience
