Chime is hiring a Sr. Instructional Designer, Learning Operations to join its Learning & Development team within Operations and Member Experience. This remote, full-time role focuses on creating learning materials and strategies for customer service agents situated across various business process outsourcers (BPOs). The position suits an analytical and creative problem solver who can consult on learning needs, analyze business metrics, and develop diverse training programs ranging from instructor-led sessions to self-paced digital modules.

The base salary for this position ranges from $116,000 to $160,000 USD, with potential additions for bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be comfortable managing end-to-end design projects and partnering with stakeholders across all levels to drive positive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a learning consultant for the Disputes Experience line of business by examining metrics and suggesting training strategies
- Partner with team members, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to discover training objectives and needs
- Assess learning program effectiveness using data analysis to uncover performance improvement opportunities for agents
- Design and build interactive learning solutions, course content, and media such as audio, video, games, and simulations
- Manage the complete design and development cycle of learning content including assessments
- Incorporate current trends in learning technologies and instructional design to improve agent experiences
- Create learning solutions tailored to a global and diverse audience with varied learning styles
- Build and oversee project timelines, resource needs, stakeholder responsibilities, and risk management
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in designing and developing multi-modality learning solutions such as eLearning, video, and instructor-led training
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices across multiple modalities
- Experience analyzing source material to build design documents for developers
- Experience utilizing AI tools in daily workflows to speed up learning outputs while maintaining quality
- Background working within both agile and waterfall ADDIE design environments
- Data analysis proficiency to create evaluation strategies using metrics to meet business objectives
- Practical experience building blended learning solutions utilizing at least two learning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, iSpring Suite, or Canva
