Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of packaging initiatives from conception to execution
- Collaborate with internal departments including Pharmacy Operations, Product Development, Corporate Quality, Brand, and Sourcing
- Analyze packaging performance to formulate data-driven business cases and recommendations for leadership
- Oversee validation, artwork change control, testing, and implementation procedures
- Create and maintain governance documents, specifications, and standardized packaging workflows
- Engage with external packaging vendors, testing facilities, and engineering groups
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading cross-functional programs within manufacturing, supply chain, packaging, operations, or product commercialization
- Demonstrated background working in consumer products, manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or product commercialization
- Track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and keeping projects on schedule
- Demonstrated program management abilities with organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience communicating updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and partners
- Background building operational workflows or driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience collaborating with external partners, testing laboratories, or suppliers
