Job Description
Chime is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join its Partner Strategy and Operations team on a remote, full-time basis. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee partner-delivered operations across a global support ecosystem, ensuring that customer-facing services meet high standards of quality and efficiency. Operating across multiple dimensions, the person in this position will run complex outsourced member operations, redesign operating models for continuous improvement, and translate frontline intelligence into strategic company decisions.
The company operates as a financial technology company rather than a bank, focusing on providing helpful, accessible, and free core banking services to empower members in reaching their financial goals. This position is suited for an autonomous professional who brings executive presence, analytical rigor, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25 percent of the time.
Total compensation includes a base salary starting between $130,000 and $180,000, alongside bonus eligibility, a competitive equity package, and comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits. Chime is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment.

- Convert frontline trends such as fraud patterns, policy ambiguities, and product gaps into root-cause insights and data-backed recommendations.
