To support this mission, the company is seeking a Sr. Client Partner to join its EMEA team in London, focusing on strategic partnerships with Amazon across several European lines of business. This role is well-suited for an experienced retail and e-commerce professional who can manage complex enterprise accounts and connect business goals with full-funnel media solutions.

As a senior industry leader, the incumbent will oversee client relationships at the director, vice president, and C-suite levels while guiding cross-functional collaboration across measurement, product, marketing, creative, and client account management departments. Qualified applicants must be within commutable distance to the London office, as relocation assistance is not provided for this opening.

  • Collaborate with product, data science, marketing, and creative departments to test and shape emerging products
  • Contribute to go-to-market playbooks and scale successful strategies across various regions and categories
  • Identify risks early and resolve escalations smoothly between internal and external teams
  • Incorporate AI-enabled workflows and tools to improve strategic planning efficiency and recommendation speed
  • Model team values and coach peers on client partnership execution quality

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, search, or strategic client partnerships
  • Deep familiarity with retail and e-commerce business models
  • Proven history of managing and expanding complex multi-stakeholder accounts with senior leadership
  • Expertise in full-funnel media strategy and measurement solutions like MMM, MTA, or incrementality testing
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret intricate datasets into executive-level insights
  • Demonstrated skill in guiding initiatives through ambiguity and meeting multi-quarter objectives
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for pitches and quarterly business reviews
  • Ability to commute to the London office for in-person collaboration two days per week

Qualifications

  • Work history involving Amazon, a large marketplace, or similar massive platforms
