The organization seeks a Software Engineering Manager to direct a remote team focused on container and virtualization infrastructure, specifically combining Ceph, KVM, and SDN technologies to build private cloud systems. This position involves managing talent development, guiding technical execution, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and contributing through architectural and code reviews.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of remote engineers
