In this position, interns take charge of an entire project lifecycle from planning to customer release, handle production code, and troubleshoot live technical issues. This role is located in San Francisco, California, requiring on-site presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Total remuneration features a base salary between $110,000 and $132,000 per year for the San Francisco area, alongside equity options, healthcare coverage, flexible time off, equipment provisioning, and a remote work allowance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complete project from scope definition to customer delivery
- Produce and review production code alongside permanent engineering staff
- Troubleshoot operational systems to discover and resolve underlying root causes
- Provide clear updates on project status and report impediments promptly
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree program with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Familiarity with AI assistance tools while maintaining the ability to explain and debug all produced code
