The Stablecoin team operates the infrastructure responsible for stablecoin issuance, ecosystem expansion, and growth across the company, supporting products such as Retail, Exchange, Prime, and Custody.
This role suits engineers who want to build global financial technology. Responsibilities include creating backend services for stablecoin operations, integrating partner APIs, and launching international stablecoins. Engineers will manage features from technical design to production release, support smart contracts that handle minting and burning, and collaborate across departments on user acquisition and rewards features.

Responsibilities
- Develop backend services that manage stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operational workflows.
- Integrate external partner APIs with internal architectures to support new international stablecoin launches.
- Manage the complete delivery cycle of features from initial technical design to production deployment.
- Support smart contracts responsible for minting, burning, and protecting stablecoin supply alongside senior engineers.
- Collaborate with UX, Growth, and Ecosystem teams to launch user conversion and reward incentives.
- Enhance platform reliability and maintain operational excellence by writing tested code and improving monitoring systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience creating and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts, specifically Ethereum or related EVM chains.
- Background in integrating and operating third-party APIs and external systems.
- Demonstrated capability to independently deliver features from design through deployment and maintenance.
- Knowledge of distributed systems design patterns and producing well-tested code.
- Experience applying generative AI responsibly while retaining human oversight for efficiency and quality.
