Zoox is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to oversee vehicle experiences for its current and future autonomous vehicle platforms. The organization builds custom, fully autonomous vehicle fleets and supporting ecosystems to deliver next-generation urban mobility-as-a-service. This position is ideal for an experienced product leader who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary development environment and can collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, software, and operations teams.
In this capacity, the professional will shape key product pillars designed to satisfy rider needs, delight customers, and support scalable operations. Responsibilities span the complete product lifecycle, from establishing strategy to executing feature prioritization and cross-functional alignment. The role supports a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Define product areas for currently deployed vehicles and future platforms
- Manage the complete lifecycle and successful execution of assigned products
- Analyze customers, markets, and business objectives to uncover new opportunities and align product domains with company goals
- Act as the Product Owner across cross-functional development processes involving hardware, firmware, software, and operations
- Prioritize features ruthlessly and communicate those priorities clearly at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with hardware, firmware, and software teams
- Eight or more years of direct product management experience launching zero-to-one products in the automotive or autonomous vehicle space
- Ability to negotiate skillfully and influence diverse stakeholders to drive rapid decisions and consensus
- Capacity to balance long-term strategy with immediate tactical wins
- Self-starting orientation with a demonstrated history of taking action and delivering results
- Critical thinking skills capable of navigating complex tradeoffs in a structured manner
Qualifications
- Experience with both zero-to-one product creation and product scaling
- Background working with both physical and digital products
