As part of a remote-first organization, the professional in this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design prototypes and production-ready applications.
Daily activities involve writing and deploying code, evaluating modern tools, and communicating technical concepts to stakeholders. While operating remotely, occasional travel may be necessary for team gatherings, functional off-sites, or customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and release code for prototypes and new product features
- Partner with teammates to tackle technical hurdles and refine solution designs

Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Experience building applications using front-end technologies like React or Angular, and back-end frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot
- Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL database fundamentals
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently resolve execution roadblocks
- Proficiency in an agentic coding operating model utilizing LLMs, advanced dev tools, and Model Context Protocol
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience for senior level candidates
- At least 5 years of professional full stack software development experience for staff level candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical field
- Exposure to machine learning or artificial intelligence principles and projects
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
