Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly team goals, leading engineers through open-ended technical challenges
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics stakeholders during ideation and trade-off discussions
- Identify and resolve technical, process, or business issues proactively
- Support production operations, availability, and on-call efforts by establishing and tracking service metrics

Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of total experience as a software engineer
- Demonstrate experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using technologies such as Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes

- Possess experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components with clean and extensible designs
