Responsibilities
- Drive and execute product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement to enhance user value proposition and retention.
- Maintain and communicate a prioritized roadmap aligned with notifications and company strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, data, development, and product peers to capture ideas and manage requirement backlogs.
- Participate in quarterly planning to define initiatives, handle dependencies, and conduct data-driven prioritization.
- Analyze experiment results and share findings with the team and company.
- Synthesize insights from data analysis to build personalized product features.
- Work with internal business, operations, and partnerships teams to launch features affecting growth.
- Conduct market and usability research to identify opportunities and build strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience working on at-scale consumer products and growth through user experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to write SQL queries from scratch and solve complex problems using data.
- Proven background in developing long-term strategies, creating product roadmaps, setting OKRs, and running experiments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and data science teams.
- Demonstrated ability to define team goals and success metrics aligned with broader business objectives.
