The organization is currently seeking a Senior Growth Manager, UK to join the International Community team on an on-site basis in London.
This position focuses on expanding local ecosystem health and driving user acquisition rather than traditional marketing. The selected candidate will collaborate with multiple departments—including communications, product, business development, and marketing—to execute territory strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and represent the platform locally. The role suits professionals who combine analytical data skills with community development expertise to foster user engagement and scale local programs independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans to expand the local user base and support active communities
- Design, launch, and manage localized growth operations to strengthen the contributor and user ecosystem
- Test and evaluate new ideas continuously using an entrepreneurial approach
- Act as the primary local contact for product, communications, business development, and marketing teams
- Track country health metrics such as daily active users and contributions, providing updates and action plans when shifts occur
- Represent the organization publicly and build strategic relationships both on and off the platform
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of professional background in product operations, country expansion, or user and community growth
- Demonstrated history of executing growth initiatives at scale
- Proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL
- Deep familiarity with local culture, language, political landscape, customs, and current events
