This remote position is open exclusively to applicants living on the US East Coast or in the UK.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for nurturing communities and expanding the user base
- Convert successful experiments into scalable playbooks and recommendations applicable across various markets
- Monitor key performance indicators including daily active users, content contribution, and user retention
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to share insights, influence product investments, and shape priorities
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional background in market expansion, product operations, or user growth
- Demonstrated ability to execute growth initiatives at scale
- Proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL
