This role suits an experienced sales professional who can cultivate and deepen commercial partnerships with major enterprise technology brands and advertising agencies. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, orchestrating advertising strategies that leverage the Reddit platform to meet commercial goals. Responsibilities involve driving revenue growth, designing upfront business plans, guiding clients through platform updates, and collaborating with cross-functional groups such as account management and ad operations.
The successful candidate will act as a product evangelist, provide consultative advice, and share expertise to mentor team members. The position requires frequent in-person collaboration and direct relationship-building with corporate decision-makers up to the C-suite level.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand existing relationships with corporate clients and agencies to drive year-over-year revenue increases
- Develop upfront strategies and joint business proposals alongside major clients

- Utilize internal and external data sources to shape client proposals and marketing strategies

Requirements
- At least 8 years of digital media experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally with Tech clients
- Proven background owning partnerships with complex enterprise technology organizations
- Demonstrated experience managing professional relationships up to C-level executives
- Established network of existing relationships within the agency and direct client space
- Expertise in the social media ecosystem and native advertising
- History of building and implementing long-term account growth plans
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco or Los Angeles
