Responsibilities

Requirements
- Have 12 or more years of experience constructing scalable software systems
- Demonstrate a background in technical leadership across multiple domains or teams, including distributed systems
- Possess deep expertise in backend engineering with strong proficiency in Python
- Bring experience with relational databases and distributed systems
- Show proficiency in data-driven performance tuning and metrics instrumentation using tools like Datadog
- Exhibit strong architectural reasoning regarding operational risks and long-term tradeoffs
