Responsibilities

  • Manage executive narratives and updates for monthly and quarterly business reviews and board meetings
  • Drive strategic projects for the CPTO and executive leadership team
  • Contribute content and materials to annual and quarterly planning cycles and mid-year retrospectives
  • Monitor execution progress through Release Council and identify risks proactively
  • Coordinate the R&D and go-to-market interlock to support planning alignment
  • Design and implement lean R&D processes to decrease manual overhead
  • Partner with Finance and Data teams to automate product and business metrics reporting
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve process adoption across a decentralized R&D organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience across product, engineering, and program or process management
  • Demonstrated leadership history, either through direct management or influence
  • Experience leading product operations or programs within B2B SaaS or PaaS environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, highly cross-functional programs from start to finish
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling technical details into executive narratives
  • Strong capability to build trust, negotiate, solve problems, and collaborate across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to adapt quickly and take action within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
