Twilio is currently hiring a Principal Presales Product Specialist focusing on Trust, Identity, and Compliance to work remotely within the United States. In this position, the professional will serve as the regional technical authority, designing and validating complex multi-product opportunities for enterprise clients. The person in this role will act as a vital link between the go-to-market teams and research and development by shaping product roadmaps, establishing repeatable architecture patterns, and creating executive-level presentations.

This role is well-suited for an experienced technical specialist who excels at leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and building strong cross-functional partnerships. Twilio provides innovative communication solutions and helps developers and organizations build personalized customer experiences worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Design and validate end-to-end multi-product architectures tailored to customer ecosystems
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, solution mapping, and proof-of-concept validation to mitigate architectural risks
  • Create and deliver presentations for executives and architects detailing trade-offs, implementation paths, and platform vision
  • Document recurring customer patterns and competitive signals to supply actionable feedback to the product team
  • Drive influence through product and research and development interlocks and product lifecycle feedback channels
  • Function as an internal and external thought leader on trust, security, identity, fraud, and compliance trends

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to guide and win complex multi-stakeholder solution cycles from discovery to proposal support
  • At least seven years of progressive presales experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or specialist overlays
  • Minimum of four years of deep experience in a trust-related domain such as identity verification, authentication, security, fraud, or compliance
  • Strong executive communication skills with the capability to influence C-level and senior technical audiences
  • Proven capability to build durable cross-functional partnerships and drive outcomes through influence

Qualifications

  • Experience operating as a regional technical authority focusing on standard-setting, coaching, and asset creation
  • Track record of constructing repeatable architectures and plays that scale across multiple teams
  • Experience collaborating deeply with product management on positioning, roadmap feedback, and launch readiness
  • Familiarity with adjacent trust capabilities including encryption, key management, audit logging, data residency, and incident response
  • Background working across multiple product areas within a platform or API company
