Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of creators across Lifestyle & Wellness to foster audience growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators and video content specifically for Fitness
- Connect partners with appropriate company products, programs, and opportunities
- Advise creators on content strategy and audience development using performance metrics
- Contribute creator insights to shape the fitness content strategy and partner approach
- Test scalable methods for supporting and engaging the broader creator ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally to increase feature adoption and advance initiatives
- Relay portfolio trends and feedback back into the organization to inform product direction
Requirements
- Bring at least five years of partner-facing experience in account management, talent relations, business development, or a related field
- Possess established relationships with video creators and/or podcasters
- Understand the audio, video, social, and creator landscape across Lifestyle, Wellness, and Fitness
- Communicate clearly and build credibility with creators and stakeholders
- Work from the Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY office two to three days per week
