Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers
- Bridge the gap between human resources concepts and software engineering implementation
- Transition workforce metrics from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive insights
- Translate complex data models into clear narratives and develop real-time AI agents for managers
- Ensure the people data stack remains secure, GDPR-compliant, and serves as a single source of truth
- Identify opportunities to use high-tech solutions to maximize human value in HR offerings
Requirements
- Background in mathematics, data science, or engineering with strength in advanced statistics and data wrangling
- Proficiency in databases, SQL, coding or scripting languages such as Python, R, and JavaScript
- Experience with software engineering, data visualization tools like Superset or Tableau, and automation
- Ability to translate business questions into research objectives and select optimal methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and drive teams toward execution against planned roadmaps
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- Business-level written and spoken English proficiency
- Willingness to travel internationally 2 to 4 times a year for company events lasting up to two weeks
