Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a specialized squad of people data scientists, software engineers, and UX designers
  • Bridge the gap between human resources and software engineering to align code with human behavioral intent
  • Create predictive and prescriptive insights rather than relying solely on descriptive metrics
  • Translate complex data models into engaging narratives and develop real-time artificial intelligence agents for managers
  • Maintain a secure, GDPR- and privacy-compliant single source of truth across all people products and services
  • Identify opportunities to implement high-tech solutions within people offerings to maximize human value

Requirements

  • Background in mathematics, data science, or engineering with advanced statistics and database expertise
  • Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript
  • Ability to design data visualizations using tools like Superset or Tableau
  • Skill in translating business questions into research objectives and determining appropriate methodologies
  • Demonstrated capability to lead teams and execute roadmaps with a strong coaching mindset
  • Business-level written and spoken English proficiency
  • Availability for international travel two to four times per year for company events lasting up to two weeks

Qualifications

  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Experience with Airbyte, Ranger, Superset, Temporal, or Trino
  • Basic understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
