To support its internal growth, the Global Business Recruiting division seeks a Manager II, Recruiting to oversee a team of sourcers and recruiters. This professional will manage hiring initiatives for corporate functions including Legal and Business Affairs, the CFO organization, and the People team.
This position requires a leader who can build scalable talent acquisition frameworks, guide business stakeholders, and serve as a main point of contact for executives and HR partners. The role involves monitoring hiring pipelines, resolving workflow escalations, and collaborating within the recruiting leadership group to solve broad challenges.
The position incorporates modern workflows, leveraging artificial intelligence tools to automate routine tasks, synthesize information, and draft updates. Candidates must evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and confidentiality. This full-time role is based on-site in San Francisco, requiring regular in-person collaboration according to the company operating model.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment planning, execution, and requisition distribution for the Legal and Business Affairs, CFO, and People organizations
- Coach, develop, and support a team of recruiters to achieve strong results and handle ambiguous situations
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that match business objectives, hiring schedules, and team bandwidth
- Advise business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams regarding hiring risks, trade-offs, and workforce strategies
- Track pipeline metrics and team performance to spot hurdles early and optimize speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Act as an escalation point to resolve recruitment roadblocks for hiring managers and recruiting staff
- Contribute leadership insights regarding hiring trends and inclusive team culture within the recruiting leadership group
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to streamline research, synthesize hiring plans, and automate repetitive administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, encompassing corporate functions such as finance, legal, or people teams
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing recruiters across varying skill levels, including performance feedback and coaching
- Demonstrated background in creating hiring strategies for complex organizational needs and meeting business goals
- Experience managing a substantial hiring scope and building relationships with senior leadership
- Ability to establish trusted partnerships with finance, compensation, and cross-functional teams using market insights
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance recruitment speed while reviewing outputs for bias, accuracy, and context
- High judgment and accountability in handling confidential information and protecting sensitive data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
