Responsibilities
- Manage forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce optimization activities for a global customer operations division supporting over 4,000 agents
- Design staffing models balancing service level objectives, member demand, operational experience, and financial targets
- Collaborate alongside Finance, Operations, Vendor Management, and Analytics departments to match workforce tactics with broader business goals
- Track operational performance metrics to spot emerging risks and advise on staffing adjustments
- Refine internal processes to boost forecast precision, schedule utility, and staffing efficiency
- Integrate artificial intelligence, automation, and modern workforce tools to drive operational decisions
- Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing workforce management team centered on inclusivity and accountability
Requirements
- Possess at least 7 years of workforce management experience within large-scale customer operations setups
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience coaching and retaining high-performing groups
- Showcase expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, and workforce analytics
- Bring background supporting complex operational networks featuring thousands of agents spanning multiple regions, channels, and outsourced vendor networks
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to translate raw operational data into practical advice for executive stakeholders
- Present a history of guiding process improvements and cross-functional projects that enhance service delivery
