The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees daily operations within the pharmacy fulfillment department. This professional guides a team of pharmacy technicians by offering direct coaching, monitoring performance, and ensuring that standard operating procedures are met. The supervisor also collaborates with automated pharmacy machinery, maintains compliance and inspection readiness, and assists with picking, packing, and shipping tasks as volume dictates.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor accurate execution of picking, packing, and shipping processes
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for daily operational issues on the floor
  • Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation machinery

  • Contribute to workflow evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist directly with order processing and technician duties during peak volume demands

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience in an operations, fulfillment, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, or high-volume setting
  • Experience conducting performance evaluations and coaching employees
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to adjust scheduled workdays with at least two weeks of advance notice for coverage needs
