The Ads Manager team is currently seeking a mid-level Frontend Engineer to work remotely on a full-time basis.
This position is well-suited for a software engineer who wants to build accessible, intuitive interfaces that help advertisers set up and manage campaigns at scale. In this capacity, the professional will take ownership of medium-sized frontend projects, guide technical solutions from initial design through release, and work alongside backend engineers, product managers, and designers. The chosen candidate will handle performance improvements, bug resolution, and the creation of reusable code patterns while balancing independent progress with collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Develop accessible and intuitive user interfaces to support advertisers with campaign creation and management
- Collaborate alongside product managers, designers, and backend engineers to scope and plan projects
- Manage technical design, implementation, testing, and release cycles for medium-sized frontend tasks
- Share updates regarding progress, potential risks, and technical dependencies with team partners
- Review peer code and document technical choices to support future maintenance and extension

Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of software engineering experience
- Have a minimum of 2 years of frontend engineering experience
- Demonstrate past experience in building and maintaining production web applications
- Be able to analyze projects, weigh technical tradeoffs, and execute solutions independently
- Show clear communication abilities and a collaborative mindset for problem-solving
- Demonstrate experience writing maintainable code, performing testing, and joining code reviews
